FREE COMIC BOOK DAY​

The next FREE COMIC BOOK DAY will be held on Saturday May 2, 2026. For the past 30 years we have particapated in this annual worldwide event. Cashman's has given away 1,000's of comic books to the general public as well as donating more to local libraries to be given away. A BIG THANK YOU to all that attended the FCBD events in years past. Each year it get's bigger and better. It is truly so encouraging to see so many young people walking out the door with FREE comics in their hands. Recently Cashman's received an official proclaimation from the honorable Mayor Christopher Shannon of Bay City, Michigan to proclaim it FREE COMIC BOOK DAY every first Sat in May here in Bay City, Michigan. 

MEMBERS DAY, our way of saying THANK YOU to our many customers!

The next Members Day is scheduled for Sunday March 1st, 2026. Since we first opened in 1996 once a year Cashman's Comics says "Thank You" to our loyal members by hosting Members Day on a Sunday when we are normally closed. On this customer appreciation day, traditionally held in late Feb or early March. At this event Cashman's offers free food and beverages, contests, and huge discounts on everything we sell. But best of all it's not just about the huge savings, it's a great time to hang out with your fellow comic fans. Sit back and discuss the latest titles as well as the great classic debate of comic stories gone by while enjoying John's Slow Cooked BB-Q Chicken, and more. In the past we have had such sweet endings as Capt America Shield Cake, Green Lantern Cupcakes, Thors Hammer Cake, who knows what the future will bring!?!?!
